RETURNS

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We try our best to show the exact image and accurate measurement of merchandise to our valuable customers. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise.

We want to give you a hassle-free way to return anything. So you can return any item to us within 7 days of receiving your original order.
You can place a new order if a replacement size, color or alternative items are required, and return the original item/s to us for a refund.
Final Sale items should not be returned.
As an International customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. Please note - you'll need to cover the postage yourself.
If you're looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch us, so we can get this sorted for you. But for returns of defected item and wrong item delivery, we will refund the international shipping charge as well.
If the returning package is lost or damaged during shipping process, you will be fully responsible for the loss or expense for repair. That is why we highly recommend you use a service with full tracking.
Merchandise must not be worn, perfumed, altered, or washed. All goods will be inspected on return.
We try hard to accept all returns, and returns needs to be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we cannot refund money to the buyer.

Please return back items that you are not satisfied with. Return shipment must be postmarked and completed within 7 days of original package receipt.
Simply contact us and send it back with the item/s in their original condition.
When you return your order, just pop your returns note in the parcel with the following details marked on it -
  • Your order number, and account holder’s name
  • Which items you’re returning for a refund
If fault is on us for item returns by the reason of defective or incorrect item, please take a picture for the proof of postage and send it to us after returning the items.
Return process can take up to 21 business days to be completed.
Once you've been refunded, we drop you an email to let you know. It can take up to 10 business days for the funds to show back into your account.
